years
of experience
Francis Douillard founded the company in Saint-Michel-en-l'Herm in 1987. Since 2019, Nicolas Morin has been at the helm, with the same team: the know-how stayed, and so did the familiar faces.
Francis Douillard sets up a limited company in his own name in Saint-Michel-en-l’Herm.
Laurent joins the team and is still here today.
The showroom building and the warehouse are built.
Nicolas Morin, who began a CAP (vocational tiling qualification) in 2011, joins Francis Douillard's team to work towards his BP (advanced vocational certificate).
After carrying on with his BP and training in microcement (béton ciré) at Galipaud, Nicolas returns to Francis Douillard's team to take the 2EA and prepare for the takeover.
At 23, Nicolas takes over Francis Douillard's company and renames it MD Carrelage, for Morin Douillard.
A new showroom is coming, with plenty of surprises. Stay tuned!
From the first call to the final finishing touch, every job follows the same steps,
so you always know where things stand.
Call us or use the form and tell us about your project: the room, the surface area, the type of tiles you have in mind.
We inspect the substrate, take measurements and talk through materials and finishes, then send you a quote.
Substrate preparation, layout planning, laying and grouting: all done by our own team, who treat your home with respect.
We clear the site, then walk through the finished job with you to check everything matches what we agreed.
Bathrooms, showers, floors, wall tiles:
a selection of jobs
by the MD Carrelage team.
Mr Morin of MD Carrelage did a wonderful,
fabulous job. The whole house was tiled, including the bathroom, which was completely redesigned and renovated.
“The result is spectacular… we now have a brand-new, beautifully renovated home! 🤩 Thank you so much, Mr Morin. We could never have imagined such a beautiful result, especially given where we started…”
